Getting to the Arctic Splitboard Festival is part of the adventure! We make it easy for participants to reach the festival safely and comfortably, whether you’re coming from nearby towns or abroad.

What You Need:

• Safety Equipment: Avalanche beacon, probe, and shovel are mandatory for all backcountry trips. Helmets and padding are recommended.

• Clothing: Layered, waterproof, and windproof clothing to stay warm in Arctic conditions.

Cancelled: 14 days before the event date

Man kan benytte seg av angrerett og få tilbake betalingen om man ønsker å avbestille intill 14 dager før festivalstart.

It is not possible to rebook the reservation as there are no other dates this year.

In case of cancellation, send an email to: janna@arcticsplitfest.com with the booking reference and the festival fee will be refunded the same way it was paid.

If you wish to complain about the service after the event, you can do so in writing via email to: janna@arcticsplitfest.com

Price

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer will pay.

This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.

TICKETS FOR ASF 2027

1. The agreement

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information provided in the ordering solution and any separately agreed terms.

2. The parties

The seller is ASF, and is referred to in the following as the seller/seller.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is referred to in the following as the buyer/purchaser.

3. Price

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent their order to the seller. We have a 7 day cancellation period.

5. Payments

Payment is made via invoice or vipps.

The payment deadline is stated on the invoice, a minimum of 7 days from receipt or directly via vipps.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

7. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may cancel the purchase of the trip in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act.

The buyer must give ASF written notice of withdrawal by email within 7 days before the trip takes place. The deadline includes all calendar days.

It is not possible to cancel a trip without payment less than 7 days before the start of the festival.
